Refund Policy

We value every customer and strive to provide customers with satisfied products and services. Customers must read this Refund Policy carefully. Customers should familiarize themselves with the terms of this Refund Policy before purchasing Vidwud's services. Customers use the services provided by Vidwud to indicate that they have read, understood, and agreed to Vidwud's Refund Policy.
Money Back Guarantee
We provide 1-month (monthly deduction) and 1-year (yearly deduction) subscription plans. We provide 7-day full Money Back Guarantee for 1-year subscription. Refund requests for a 1-month subscription will not be accepted. The subscription will be canceled accordingly upon the receiving of the refund request. Once a refund is issued, customers cannot use the product and service anymore.
Cancel Subscriptions
Customers can cancel a subscription at any time. When canceling a subscription, all future charges associated with this subscription will be canceled. Customers may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund; however your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current billing period.
How Long Do Refunds Take
We will review and respond to refund requests, based on this policy, within 1-3 business days. If your refund is approved, the funds should be back on your card within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during purchase; we cannot refund to a different account.
Resolving Chargeback
If there is any question about your order and subscription, please contact us and provide us with the detailed information and the relief you seek. We will do our best to solve it to your satisfaction. If a formal chargeback was submitted directly before contacting us, we have the right to terminate the user's use of our products and services permanently.

Fee changes
Vidwud, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. We will inform you of any change to your Subscription fees in advance to allow you to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective. Any Subscription fee change will become effective immediately upon publishing, or, if you have an active Subscription, at the end of your then-current Billing Cycle.
Your continued use of a Subscription after a Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the revised Subscription fee amount.
