Refund Policy

We value every customer and strive to provide customers with satisfactory products and services. Customers must read this Refund Policy carefully. Customers should familiarize themselves with the terms of this Refund Policy before purchasing Vidwud AI's services. Customers use the services provided by Vidwud AI to indicate that they have read, understood, and agreed to Vidwud AI's Refund Policy.
1. Cancel Subscriptions
Customers can cancel a subscription at any time. When canceling a subscription, all future charges associated with this subscription will be canceled. Customers may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund; however your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current billing period.
2. Refund Guarantee
We offer a clear and fair refund policy to protect the interests of our users:
2.1 Refunds for Service Errors
If there are service errors or bugs caused by Vidwud AI, and you still have unused and valid credits in your account, we will refund the remaining unused credits in accordance with our partial refund policy. Credits that have already been used are non-refundable.
2.2 Refunds for Forgotten Subscription Cancellations
If you forget to cancel your subscription and your account is charged, but you have not used any credits after the charge, you may contact us for a full refund of the payment
2.3 Refunds for New Subscriptions (Half-Yearly and Annual Plans)
- Vidwud AI offers subscription plans of 1 month (monthly billing), 6 months (half-year billing), and 1 year (annual billing).
- If less than 10% of the credits are used within 7 days after subscription, you are eligible for a full refund.
- If more than 10% of the credits are used within 7 days, a 50% partial refund will be provided.
- This refund policy only applies to users with half-yearly and annual plans.
- Users subscribed to monthly plans should refer to the first refund policy (service errors only).
3. Partial Refund Policy
To ensure that customers have enough time to evaluate whether the purchased products and services meet their needs, we also provide users with partial refunds: partial refunds for unused credits during the subscription period.
If a refund is requested due to technical trouble with the purchased product and service, and no solution has been provided within 30 days, we can refund the left unused subscription months if the customer doesn't want to wait for a future upgrade.
We kindly request customers to fully cooperate with our support team by providing necessary details and trying suggested solutions.
4. No Refund Policy:
No refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
- 1. Credits that have already been used.
- 2. Credits received from promotional events
5. Refund Timeframe
Upon approval of a refund request, the refund may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
6. Resolving Chargeback
If you have any questions regarding your orders or subscriptions, please contact us first and provide detailed information and the resolution you seek.
If a formal chargeback is filed before contacting us, Vidwud AI reserves the right to permanently terminate your access to our products and services.
